A) Is Their Any cost associated with Replacing the product
Ai)If Product gets Faulty before 2nd month of purchase , Replacement is absolutely free. (Warranty is Limited to manufacturing defects only ) if other than manufacturing defect pls refer to point Aii , and point B is still applied.
Aii) If product Gets Faulty after 2nd month , Customer is Required to Pay 30% of Product purchase price And Product is insured up to 18 month ( warranty is covered under all cases , even if product is burn)
B)How will i send my product for replacement ?
Bi)Either Quick sense Can arrange pickup from Customer Address( Depending upon pin code , Some pin code are not eligible for reverse pickup) and Deliver the replacement.( Customer need to pay Product pickup charges And product returning Charges will beared by Quick Sense )
Bii)Customer can also ship the product to company address .
